Role

Horka is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a CRM Manager and Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and client statistics, including payouts, conversions, countries targeted, and client platform utilization. Your main focus will be on analyzing data to drive insights and optimize client performance. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to client performance, payouts, conversions, and other relevant metrics.

  • Monitor and evaluate client statistics, such as countries targeted and client platform utilization, to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective CRM strategies and campaigns to enhance client engagement and retention.

  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize their performance.

  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date client performance reports, providing actionable insights and recommendations to drive growth and revenue.

  • Implement data quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy and reliability of client data.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and data analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in CRM management and data analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic work environment.

  • Familiarity with online marketing and advertising platforms is a plus.
