We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team at Horka. The ideal candidate will excel in monetizing our traffic, cultivating partnerships, building strong relationships, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

Maximize partner-generated conversions from our traffic through effective management and collaboration.

Develop tailored marketing deals for global partners.

Proactively identify and onboard new partners to enhance our network.

Offer solutions and guidance to partners within your portfolio.

Encourage partners to convert at their highest potential or share their successful campaigns.

Skillfully manage partner budget allocation.

Collect, analyze, and share feedback and insights.

Innovate new partnerships and explore emerging markets.

Foster existing client relationships and upsell services.

Maintain strong commercial partnerships, both established and new.

Provide financial performance and ROI reports for campaigns.

Continuously evaluate partner performance and refine strategies to boost traffic's commercial value.

Requirements
​

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role - preferred.

Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal - A must!

Previous sales experience - an advantage

Strong understanding of digital commercial models like CPA, CPL, and Flat Fees.

Proficiency in analyzing performance reports.

In-depth knowledge of affiliate marketing.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Effective relationship-building skills with clients and internal stakeholders.

Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
