We're searching for a motivated and enthusiastic Affiliate Manager to join our Horka team. The ideal candidate will excel in monetizing our traffic, fostering partnerships, building strong relationships, and optimizing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maximize conversions generated by partners from our traffic through effective management and collaboration.

  • Create customized marketing deals for global partners.

  • Actively identify and onboard new partners to enrich our network.

  • Provide solutions and guidance to partners within your portfolio.

  • Motivate partners to achieve their highest conversion potential or to share their successful campaigns.

  • Skillfully manage partner budget allocation.

  • Gather, analyze, and communicate feedback and insights.

  • Innovate new partnerships and explore emerging markets.

  • Cultivate existing client relationships and upsell services.

  • Sustain robust commercial partnerships, both established and nascent.

  • Generate financial performance and ROI reports for campaigns.

  • Continuously assess partner performance and refine strategies to enhance the commercial value of traffic.


  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity - preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills in English - written and verbal - A must! 

  • Previous sales experience - an advantage

  • A solid grasp of digital commercial models such as CPA, CPL, and Flat Fees.

  • Proficiency in analyzing performance reports.

  • In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking aptitude.

  • Effective relationship-building proficiency with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel.
